Shree Foundation ("we", "us", "our") is a community initiative based in North Bangalore, India. We organise fitness events, mindset workshops and community programs. Our Instagram handle is @shreeatmdtalks.

Medical condition details (if provided)
Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store card details)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Process your event registration
Send you event details and updates via WhatsApp
Ensure your safety during our events (emergency contact, medical info)
Improve our programs and services

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Payment processors (Razorpay) for secure transaction processing
As required by law or government authorities

Registration data is stored in Google Forms / Google Sheets, which are protected by Google's security infrastructure. We retain your data only as long as necessary for the event and related communications.
